How do I reset my password?
Resetting your password is quick and easy with our passwordless login feature. Follow these simple steps to access the self-management portal without a password:
- Navigate to My Account
- Enter your email address: Type in the email associated with your subscription and click "Send login code".
- Check for the 4-digit code: Look for a secure 4-digit authentication code in your email or phone messages. This code is valid for four minutes. If it expires, start again at Step 1.
- Input the 4-digit code: Enter the 4-digit code in the passwordless login screen to access your self-management portal.
Remember, you have a maximum of five login attempts. If you exceed this limit, refresh your web browser and start the process over.
