My Laundry Detergent Eco Sheet did not fully dissolve
If you see residue from your Laundry Detergent Eco Sheet after your load of laundry, here are some tips to prevent this from happening.
Make sure you have not overloaded your machine.
Regardless of machine type, we recommend that the sheet(s) go into the drum before adding your clothes. This will ensure that the sheet dissolves at the very beginning of your load, is cleaning the entire time, and does not get trapped between layers of clothing or stuck to the side of the washer.
Some of our customers with HE machines find that it helps to add a presoak or extra rinse in the cycle. You can tear the sheet(s) or leave in one piece. If you use more than one sheet separate them in the drum so they are not stacked.
Remember to always follow the care instructions on your clothing labels and test any new method on a small, inconspicuous area of the fabric to ensure it won't cause damage or discolouration.
