How do I cancel my order

To cancel an Earth Breeze order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@earthbreeze.com. To ensure quick delivery times, orders (including subscription orders) are processed quickly and may enter fulfillment within 3 hours, which means cancellation isn’t always guaranteed.

Canceling or updating your subscription in your online account will not automatically cancel an order that’s already being processed. To help avoid future shipments, we recommend adjusting your subscription at least 48 hours before your scheduled ship date.

If your order has shipped with an error, you simply need to reach out to us at hello@earthbreeze.com, and we will make sure to take care of everything for you. Your customer experience is our priority, and our goal is to do everything we can to make your experience a positive one.
