How do I make changes to my subscription?
Do you need to update your subscription, change your shipping info or variant, or update your credit card information? You can self manage your subscription by using your self-management account.
Enter the email address you used to place your order and click on the magic link sent to your email account. Once logged in, choose "edit" to make any changes.
When you click "product" you will have the option to swap to the variant you wish to add to your subscription. There are many other options for your self-management within your account, and if you don't find the answers you need in our FAQ, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
Here you can change your variant and/or your quantity as many times as you want, whenever you want.
If you need to change your billing information, click "billing information" and update your card. A few clicks and you are all set for your next subscription order!
If your shipping address changes or you want to add an address to your account, simply click the "addresses" tab and you will see your options to add an address or update existing addresses.
