How do I login and Manage my Subscription Account?

Logging In.

Updating your subscription, changing your shipping address or variant, or updating your credit card information? You can easily make all of these changes with your self-management account.

To access your account, go to earthbreeze.com and click "account."

Enter the email address you used to place your order to receive a secure login code via email or mobile number.

Once logged in you will see all of your options and will find your changes and adjustments are easy to navigate.

Please contact our support team at hello@earthbreeze.com if you want to make changes to a subscription that is scheduled to renew within 48 hours.

Choosing the Subscription to Update or Adjust

Click on "manage subscriptions" from the menu on the right, or click on "manage this subscription" from your options on the left.

Changing the Scent or Variant

Click on "manage subscriptions" from the menu on the right, or click on "manage this subscription" from your options on the left and choose the subscription you want to change. Make your changes in the "choose your scent" dropdown menu, and click "save changes" when you are done. Please contact our support team at hello@earthbreeze.com if you want to make changes to a subscription that is scheduled to renew within 48 hours.

Reschedule or Skip

Click on "manage subscriptions" from the menu on the right, or click on "manage this subscription" from your options on the left and choose the subscription you want to change. choose "reschedule" or "skip", and click "save changes" when you are done. This will work up to 48 hours before your next shipment is scheduled. Please contact our support team at hello@earthbreeze.com if you want to rescheduled or skip an order that is scheduled to renew within 48 hours.

Changing the frequency or how often it ships.

Click on "manage subscriptions" from the menu on the right, or click on "manage this subscription" from your options on the left and choose the subscription you want to change. Make your changes in the dropdown menu for shipping frequency, and click "save changes" when you are done. Please contact our support team at hello@earthbreeze.com if you want to make changes to an order that is scheduled to renew within 48 hours.

Updating your Payment Method

Click on address and payment details from the menu on the right. Here you can add a payment method, update or change a billing address, or edit an existing payment method.

Click "manage your payment methods" to make your changes. Remember to click "save changes" after you have made your updates.

Changing your Shipping Address

Click on address and payment details. Click on "edit your details" box in the address section and make sure to press "save changes" once completed. Please contact our support team at hello@earthbreeze.com if you want to make changes to a subscription that is scheduled to renew within 48 hours.

If you don't remember the email attached to your account, or didn't receive a code, please reach out to us for support at hello@earthbreeze.com.
