Our satisfaction guarantee is very simple at Earth Breeze. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out and let us know. We will either send you a replacement product or refund your order, depending on the circumstances.

We love feedback and might ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of what your experience was. We also really appreciate it when you send us a photo of your product if it is damaged, unusable, or in any way not what you expected.
