How does the satisfaction guarantee work?
At Earth Breeze, our return policy and satisfaction guarantee are simple. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, reach out to us at hello@earthbreeze.com, and we'll make it right. Depending on the situation, you can choose a replacement product or refund for your order.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days. If you don’t see it within that timeframe, let us know, and we’ll look into it.
Returns are not required for a refund. Once you contact us and share your concerns, our team will guide you through the process. Instead of sending your order back to us, we will always encourage you to donate the products to a local shelter, food bank, or laundromat. You might also have friends or family interested in making a change—we’d love for them to try Earth Breeze!
We appreciate feedback and may ask a few questions to understand your experience better. If your product is damaged, unusable, or not what you expected, sending us a photo is especially helpful.
